Blogmas 2017 Day One - Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Friday 1st December 2017.

Hello and welcome to my very first attempt at doing Blogmas. This is the first time I have done this so please bear with me while I do my very best to bring you a new post every day until Dec 24th. Some of the posts will be short and sweet but I will try to make some a little more lengthy. I am aiming to include some festive pictures with the posts too so I had better make sure the camera is fully charged and in my bag each day. If you want to join in please feel free, just let me know so I can pop by your blog to check it out. So here we go with my first post........Happy Blogmas everyone!

December 1st is the day I officially allow myself to start getting properly excited for Christmas, although by now I will have usually made a start on the shopping and will already be making plans and lists for all the things that I need to still do. This year is no exception and I am well on the way to being present ready, just one more shopping trip this weekend and then I will be ready to start the wrapping. Of course December 1st is also the day that I can open the first door of my advent calendar, what's not to love about chocolate for breakfast everyday for the next 24 days!! Oh and this year I will also have a beauty product too as I managed to bag myself the M&S beauty advent. December is really the best month of the year isn't it?
Day one's box contained a tube of Rosie for Autograph Amazing Radiance for Body Glow. Its a lightly tinted lotion that will help enhance your skins natural glow. I think I will probably save this for the work Christmas party, a bit of added glow is always welcome especially when you want to look and feel your best.
None the men I work with really share my love for the festive season, in fact aside from arranging and occasionally talking about the work party I am pretty much banned from mentioning the C word until we reach the point where it cannot be avoided anymore. I take such great delight in digging out the Michael Buble playlist and blasting it out to them on the first working in December, its my way of getting back at them for not getting as excited as I am about the impending festivities. I am not totally heartless though, I do supply them with mince pies and cups of tea which seems to stop them complaining too much.

Anyway the song goes its really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Happy blogmas everyone! I will see you again tomorrow with Blogmas post day 2.

Love and festive hugs - Jane xx
